Working principle:

Requirements for peanuts (large peanut sheller) :
Peanuts wet and dry suitable, too dry is high crushing rate; Too much moisture affects work efficiency. Peanuts (husks) stored in rural areas are generally dry. The following methods can be used to make them suitable for wetting and drying:
1, winter molting. Before peeling, spray about 10kg of warm water evenly on 50kg of peel fruit (the proportion of hydrated peanuts is 1:5), and cover with plastic film for about 10 hours, and then cool in the sun for about 1 hour to start peeling, other seasons with plastic film covering time for about 6 hours, the rest of the same.
2, can be more dry peanuts (skin fruit) immersed in a large pool, immediately after soaking out and covered with plastic film for about 1 days, and then cool in the sun, dry and wet suitable after the start of shucking.
